With a built up area of 60,000 sqm spread over 153,000 sqm plot of land, the Muscat warehouse complex includes, ambient storage, chillers and temperature-controlled facilities, dock levelers, mechanized overhead doors, latest material handling equipment comprising reach stackers, fork lifts of various types, cranes, electric forklifts, trollies and vertical racking storage system for higher efficiency and space optimisation. There are sufficient loading/unloading bays for docking all sizes of trucks and trailers including parking bays.
The complex is fully secured by a compound wall with round the clock security and surveillance and has firefighting arrangements with sprinklers. In addition, the warehouse complex offers 20,000 sqm open storage space.
An exclusive modern building with all amenities to run hi-tech offices is also part of the warehouse premises.
In addition, BLL also owns a suitable parcel of land in Duqm, which can be developed into an open and closed storage as per client requirements.
